Registration for in person participation is limited. Registrants will be notified of acceptance. Full remote connectivity will be enabled for the two days of the TVS Science Collaboration meeting. Streaming will be available for plenary sessions on the other days. If capacity is reached, the SOC will select in person participants prioritizing the goal of having a diverse (scientifically and by identity) conference audience. If needed, in person registrants will be encouraged to participate remotely instead.

Financial Support

We are working hard on fund raising and we might be able to offer limited financial relief to participants who might not attend otherwise, although we cannot guarantee that we will have the funds for this. If limited funds are available, we will prioritize requests to ensure a diverse (scientifically and by identity) meeting participation. At this time, we ask that you express your need for support.
