PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Cost

After acceptance, participants will be requested to pay a fee of US$ 100.00 (or R$ 300,00) which will cover coffee breaks and supporting material during the event.

Thanks to support from John Templeton Foundation, it will be possible to fully or partly cover the travel expenses for the majority of the Latin-American students who otherwise would not be able to attend the School. However, since the available funds are restricted, we hope that some of the institutes will be able to cover, fully or at least partially, the expenses of their students and participants in general. Comments on the need for financial support should be given at the end of the application form.

Funded students will be informed about the procedures to be followed for making travel arrangements and applying for visas (where required) with the acceptance letter. All the students who receive financial support will have their frequency to the lectures registered.

Language

The working language of the School will be English. Participants must therefore have a good understanding of English to enable them to benefit from the School.
