• Due to the large number of applications for financial support and submitted abstracts, the LOC had to postpone the notification of financial support to Monday 22 April.

Some limited funds may be available to provide partial support to those who otherwise would be unable to attend the conference. Participants who can demonstrate that they require support to attend the conference should inform the conference organizing committee already during the registration process in INDICO using the appropriate fields in the registration form.

Applications have to be received up to 1 March, 2013. Late applications will not be considered. The request for financial support must be well justified. The application letter should describe what specific contributions the applicant plans to make to the conference. Applicants should also describe what other sources of funding would be available to them, since any support that can be provided by the conference will not be sufficient by itself to cover the entire conference cost. A curriculum vitae is also required for financial support application.
