- If you have successfully registered at the conference, a confirmation message has been sent to your email address containing, among other information, your registration ID.
- Early (until 13 May 2013) and regular registration payment (until 24 June 2013) can be done using the secure website iCongresso. After these dates registrations will only be possible at the local secretariat of the conference (1-9 July 2013).
- The conference fee can be paid by credit card. In addition, for Brazil residents payment via boleto bancário is also offered. The table below shows the values for different categories and payment dates (for reference, R$1000 is equivalent to approximately EU 376 or US$ 490, based on an exchange rate of January 2013):

A Carioca Dinner will be held during the conference (not included in the registration fee) and will take place at the Rio Scenarium, a pleasant ambience, a mixture of antique shop and show house in the bohemian neighborhood of Lapa. There will be a cost of R$100 per person for this dinner. CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENTS Cancellations requests will be accepted via email message to icrc2013@mci-group.com until June 20th 2013 and subject to a fee of 30%. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows after June 20st 2013. Transference of payment to another participant should be made by sending an email to icrc2013@mci-group.com until June 20th 2013.
