The meeting will take place at Brazilian Center for Research in Physics in Rio de Janeiro. This is the Brazilian National Institute for Physics belonging to the ministry of Science and Technology and was created in the 50's and has a long tradition to host scientific meetings throughout the year. It is located at URCA very close to Copacabana and “Sugar Loaf”.
