Tema: "Electron-Induced Two-Electron Emission from Surfaces"
Abstract: The time-correlated detection of two electrons, which are
emitted from solid surfaces due to the collision of an incident low-energy
electron with a valence electron, has matured into a valuable method for
studying spin-dependent electron collision dynamics and surface electronic
structure. A theoretical treatment of the reaction cross section is
outlined. Typical results demonstrate the extreme surface sensitivity of
the method.
